5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available to addresses specified in our Shipping Policy[FN2] . Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by logistics delays, weather, or third-party courier performance.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Return and Refund Policy outlines eligible items, the time frame for initiating returns, and exceptions (e.g., perishable goods, opened packaging).

• Complaints regarding damaged products must be raised within 2 hours of delivery, via email, along with a clear picture of the damaged product.
• Any replacement of products to be made will be delivered at the earliest available delivery slot on the same day. If no slots are available that day, the next earliest slot will be assigned.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a tentative time period of 5–7 working days after approval and depending on the processing time of the payment gateway (in case of online payment at origin)
• Refunds are processed only after receipt and inspection of returned items.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
